Registering a minor without a ConnectMiles account

Minors can be registered under the ConnectMiles account of the responsible adult to facilitate the management of their miles and benefits. The registration is completed directly from the adult’s account by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to the responsible adult’s ConnectMiles account.

2. Go to the left-hand menu and select My Family.

3. Click on + Add Minor.

4. Fill out the required fields with the minor’s information.

5. Save the request.

Register a Minor with a ConnectMiles account

If the minor already has a ConnectMiles account, the following procedure must be completed: fill out the ConnectMiles Requests Form, entering the minor’s ConnectMiles number and attaching a clear image of their personal identification document and/or passport.
