Claiming Miles in Shared Miles Accounts

To request the credit of missing miles, please complete the corresponding form using the information shown on the travel ticket.

Steps to follow:

  1. Log-in to your account on copa.com using your ConnectMiles number and password.

  2. Select “My Miles” from the left-hand menu.

  3. Complete the “Request Unaccredited Miles” form with the correct information.
