Can discounts for retirees or senior citizens be applied through the Copa Airlines website?
Copa Airlines offers discounts for retirees or senior citizens, in accordance with the regulations of each country. Valid documentation must be presented prior to purchasing the ticket. Currently, Panamanian citizens with a national ID may access the retiree discount directly through copa.com. In other countries where this benefit applies, the purchase must be made through other sales channels, such as the Call Center or Ticket Offices.
Do you offer a SENADIS discount – Panama?
In accordance with Law 134 of December 31, 2013, Copa Airlines provides a 25% discount to passengers in Panama with special needs, who properly identify themselves with a SENADIS (National Secretariat for Disability) credential or ID card certifying their status as a person with special needs.
Once the person with a disability is certified by this entity, they will be issued an identification card, which entitles them to claim the benefits established by law.

Copa Airlines does not offer discounts to customers traveling due to bereavement or the death or serious illness of a family member.
