How should my name appear on my reservation?
The name on the reservation and on the airline ticket must exactly match the name shown on the passport or valid official document used for international travel. The document must be valid at the time of travel. For more information, we recommend checking the applicable travel requirements.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
In order to ensure the safety of all our passengers, Copa Airlines does not allow name changes on existing airline tickets. However, certain minor name corrections may be permitted to ensure that the ticket matches the name shown on your passport.
You may submit this request through the Name Correction Form.
Important:
- Changes processed through the Call Center may be subject to name correction fees.
- Changes managed by travel agencies may also incur additional name correction fees.
