Can I make a reservation for someone else?
You can book a ticket for yourself or any other person.
To make reservations for other people, enter their name in the section Passenger Details. If your own name appears, overwrite it with the passenger's name. Likewise, if your ConnectMiles number appears, don't forget to delete it and replace it with the passenger's ConnectMiles number.
How many passengers can I include in a single reservation?
On copa.com you can make a reservation with up to 8 passengers.
- To make a reservation for 9 passengers with all the passengers on the same reservation code, you will need to contact our Call Centerto make your reservation.
- To complete your purchase for 9 passengers on the copa.com website, we recommend splitting the reservation into groups of 4 and 5 passengers each. Please keep in mind that infants and children must be on the same reservation as an adult. Reservations for 10 or more people traveling together are considered as a group.

Is my infant included as one of the eight people I can put on one reservation?
Children 0 - 23 months old are considered infants and they must always travel accompanied by an adult.
Infants don´t occupy a seat, unless you pay a regular rate of children. They are not included as one of the eight people allowed in one single reservation. Copa Airlines allows any adult to travel with one infant.
If your infant turns 2 years old during the trip, he or she will be considered as a child (2 to 11 years). If you purchased a round-trip ticket for an infant at the start of the trip, you will be required to pay the difference in the return fare based on your child's age, since he or she will be required to have his or her own seat on the airplane.

How much is the cost of a ticket for children at Copa Airlines?
Traveling with childrens or infants Minors from 24 months to 11 years are considered children in Copa Airlines. The child fare represents a percentage of the adult rate according to the fare rules.

Can my flight options with lower fares be limited by the number of passengers I'm traveling with?
Depending on the number of passengers traveling in your group, the lowest fare may not be available for a particular flight, due to seat availability.
