Where do I find my purchase confirmation message?

Once you have paid for your reservation through our direct sales channels, you will receive confirmation of your purchase in your email.

It is very important that you provide your email at the time of booking in order to obtain confirmation of your purchase.

  • If you have not received a confirmation message, be sure to check your "Junk Mail" folder, as some email services block automatic messages.
  • You can also log in to the My Trips platform for more details.
