How can I unify duplicate accounts?

If you have more than one ConnectMiles account, for security reasons, the member must send from the email registered in one of the ConnectMiles accounts a color-readable image of their passport or identity document and their request to the email accounts@connectmiles.com, specifying the account you want to keep active. Accounts can only be unified if they belong to the same person.

The ConnectMiles team will evaluate your request and it will be accepted or rejected according to the policies of the ConnectMiles program.
