How do I unblock my ConnectMiles?

If your ConnectMiles account has been blocked, please contact our ConnectMiles Service Center for assistance.

Our Service Center will perform the appropriate validations to enable your account.

 

 

How do I change the email address registered in my ConnectMiles account?

To change the email registered in your ConnectMiles account, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Access your account on Copa.com.
  2. Select the option "My Profile" located in the menu on the left.
  3. Next, click on the Step 1 option.
  4. Edit your email in the "Editable Information" section.
  5. Select the Update button.

 

How do I change my ConnectMiles password?

To change your ConnectMiles password, you must complete the following steps:

  1. At Copa.com, select the "Start Session" option
  2. Select "Forgot your password?"
  3. Indicate your ConnectMiles number or email registered in your account.
  4. If you have included security questions in your profile, answer them correctly, otherwise you will receive an email that will allow you to change your password.
  5. Perform the update.

Important:

  • Use strong passwords.
  • They must have a minimum of 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters.
  • Remember not to create passwords with information that other people may have access to.
  • The security data of your password or Pin of your ConnectMiles account should not be shared.

 

How does the ConnectMiles PIN work now?

Currently, the ConnectMiles PIN has been replaced with a temporary password that will be generated while you are speaking with our ConnectMiles call center agent. This temporary password will be sent to the email associated with your account.
