Will I keep my PreferMember benefits with Economy Basic?

If you are a PreferMember and you purchase in Economy Basic you should consider the following changes in your benefits:

  • Adjustments to your checked baggage allowance as payment for the first bag and weight reduction.
  • You cannot make changes to your ticket and it is not refundable.

What are the changes for PreferMember Silver benefits when purchasing a ticket in Economy Basic?

Depending on the fare purchased you may not have access to all the benefits of your PreferMember Silver status. Below are the conditions for PreferMember Silver when traveling on tickets purchased in Economy Basic:

  • You pay for the second checked bag with a weight of 23kg each.
  • You can select Premium and regular seats for free.
  • You earn 50% miles and 0.5 qualifying segments of ConnetMiles.
  • Upgrades to business class with an extra fee.
  • No changes can be made to your ticket and it is not refundable.

According to the purchased fare you may not have access to all the benefits of your status as PreferMember Gold.

When purchasing the Economy Basic:

  • No changes can be made to your ticket and it is not refundable.

When purchasing the Economy Classic:

  • You can check 3 bags of 23kg each.
