The Retraction and Withdrawal Right applies to ticket sales in Colombia with flights originating in Colombia or that the route contains a city in Colombia in one of its segments.
Right of retraction
When you make your purchases at copa.com or at our Reservation Center, you may cancel your reservation within 5 days of the date you purchased your ticket, as long as the flight is not within the 5 days following the date of your retraction.
Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your trip 24 hours before the flight departure. When you cancel your reservation, Copa Airlines will refund your ticket, but may keep 10% of the fare including fuel tax.
- The withdrawal does not apply to promotional fares.
- The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of request, in the same form of payment.
