Can I change the date, route or itinerary of my ticket online?

You can make changes to your itinerary by contacting our Reservations Center or visiting one of our Sales Offices.

Please note that depending on the terms and conditions of your ticket fares, you may have to pay a change fee or a fare difference as the same fare you originally purchased may no longer be available.

Important: As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, we have made our change policies more flexible, giving you the option to change your itinerary without change fee.  Visit the condition of the policy.
