How do I correct the name registered in my ConnectMiles account?

For security reasons, the member must send from the mail registered in their ConnectMiles account a color-readable image of their passport or identity document and their request to the mail accounts@connectmiles.com, specifying the name data to correct.

The ConnectMiles team will evaluate your request and it will be accepted or rejected in accordance with the policies of the ConnectMiles program.
