For security reasons, the member must send from the mail registered in their ConnectMiles account a color-readable image of their passport or identity document and their request to the mail firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the name data to correct.
The ConnectMiles team will evaluate your request and it will be accepted or rejected in accordance with the policies of the ConnectMiles program.

To change the physical address registered in your ConnectMiles account, you must complete the following steps:
- Access your account on Copa.com.
- Select the "My Profile" option located in the menu on the left.
- Next, click on the Step 2 option.
- Update your address.
- Select the Update button.
