For security reasons, the member must complete the ConnectMiles Application form including a legible color image of the passport or identity card specifying the name data to be corrected.
The ConnectMiles team will evaluate your request and it will be accepted or rejected in accordance with the policies of the ConnectMiles program.
How do I update the physical address registered in my ConnectMiles account?
To change the physical address registered in your ConnectMiles account, you must complete the following steps:
- Access your account on Copa.com.
- Select the "My Profile" option located in the menu on the left.
- Next, click on the Step 2 option.
- Update your address.
- Select the Update button.
