To change your ConnectMiles password, you must complete the following steps:
- At Copa.com, select the "Start Session" option
- Select "Forgot your password?"
- Indicate your ConnectMiles number or email registered in your account.
- If you have included security questions in your profile, answer them correctly, otherwise you will receive an email that will allow you to change your password.
- Perform the update.
- Use strong passwords.
- They must have a minimum of 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters.
- Remember not to create passwords with information that other people may have access to.
- The security data of your password or Pin of your ConnectMiles account should not be shared.
