How are courtesy upgrades given in the ConnectMiles program?
Complimentary upgrades are given starting 144 hours prior to the flight, and they may also be given on the day of the flight at the airport, subject to availability. Passengers will receive complimentary upgrades based on the fare family purchased and the PreferMember status.
