Can I pack toiletries, perfume or cologne in carry-on baggage?

Toiletries such as hair spray, perfumes, colognes, aerosol deodorant, among others, are not allowed in carry-on baggage, but in checked baggage. The total net quantity of all items in question must not exceed 2 kg or 2 liters, and the quantity of each individual item must not exceed 0.5 kg or 0.5 liters. The aerosol safety valve must be secured with a cap or other suitable means to prevent accidental leakage of the contents. Liquids, gels, and sprays in your carry-on baggage are allowed only in containers up to 100 ml or 3.4 ounces. They should be stored in a transparent plastic bag with a closing device and with a capacity of approximately one liter.
