Upon arrival at your destination, notify Copa Airlines' baggage service that you have not received your baggage; it is important to do so before leaving the airport. At that time, you will be given a claim number and an information sheet that explains the baggage claim process.
Be sure to reference the claim number given to you in all correspondence and conversations regarding your case.
