At Copa Airlines we know that it is important that your baggage arrives on time. If your baggage is delayed, we will do our best to process your claim and expedite a resolution.
Upon arrival at your destination, notify Copa Airlines' baggage service that you have not received your baggage; it is important to do so before leaving the airport. At that time, you will be given a claim number and an information sheet that explains the baggage claim process.
Be sure to reference the claim number given to you in all correspondence and conversations regarding your case.

I am a PreferMember passenger and my luggage is delayed, who do I contact?
