How do I obtain a receipt for a past flight?

To obtain a receipt for a past flight ticket, you can request it through the Travel voucher request form.

If you have an active reservation, you can print your itinerary or your ticket receipt by entering your confirmation number and your last name through “Manage your reservation” at copa.com.

 

Digital receipts for tax purposes (Mexico)

If you purchased your ticket through the Sales Offices in Mexico and Travel Agencies in Mexico, you can obtain your digital tax receipt by following these steps:

  1. Keep your ticket information handy: 230+10 digits, complete tax data: tax identification code (RFC or TIN or RUC, etc.), full address with street, outside number, inside number, neighborhood, code postal address, city, date of ticket purchase and email address.
  2. You must enter the following electronic portal from 72 hours after the purchase. Information will be available up to 60 days after purchase.
    For the optimal functioning of the links, it will be necessary to use the latest versions of the most commercial browsers.

  3.  Follow the instructions and complete the requested information.
  4. Finally, the PDF and XML files will be arriving at the email you entered.

Very Important: Completely verify the fiscal data, since after the invoice is issued, they cannot be modified or re-invoiced

In case you cannot obtain the digital tax receipt, you must send all the tax data together with your electronic ticket (not boarding pass) to the following email: cfdimexico@copaair.com.

Electronic invoices will be sent within a period of 3 to 7 business days, counting from the date on which the complete and correct information is sent.
