When do ConnectMiles award tickets expire?
ConnectMiles Award tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue. Even if changes are made to an award ticket after it is issued, the original date of issue remains unchanged.
What will happen if I am unable to use an award ticket that has already been issued?
Your miles can be refunded to your account (although penalties may apply), as long as you have not used any portion of your ticket.
