Lighters are not allowed in checked baggage or carry-on items.
Disposable lighters, lighters with lighting fluid that is not completely absorbed, fuel for torch or camping lighters, and lighter refills are not allowed under any circumstances.
Exception: If the fuel is completely absorbed by a solid material.
