What if I pre-selected a cost seat and payment is not processed?

If you pre-select a seat and payment is not processed, the seat assignment will be canceled. However, you can try again by entering our sales channels:

  • During the purchase of your air ticket at copa.com
  • After purchasing your ticket through the Manage your Booking platform
  • 24 hours before your flight through the Web Check-In platform

You can also quote by contacting our Call Center or visiting any of our sales offices.
