Seat pre-selection is freely available to all members of our ConnectMiles loyalty program who have Prefer status at the time of advanced seat allocation. In order to access the benefit, you must have placed your ConnectMiles number in the original reservation, or call the Call Center to enter it.
This benefit extends to accompanying persons traveling with the Prefer passenger within the same reservation (with a maximum of 8 accompanying persons). When traveling on an award ticket (ticket purchased with miles), seat selection will be available at check-in.
