I am a PreferMember passenger and my luggage is delayed, who do I contact?

At Copa Airlines we know how important it is for our PreferMembers that their bags arrive on time. If your bags are delayed, we will do our best to process your claim and expedite its resolution.

If you cannot find your baggage upon arrival at your destination, notify Copa Airlines baggage service that you have not received your baggage, before leaving the airport. At that time, you will be given a claim number.

If you have already filed a claim please contact our Reservation Center to receive information about the delivery status. If you have not filed a claim, fill out the Delayed Baggage form.
