You must report your baggage damage to the Baggage Services Office at the airport immediately after the arrival of your flight or through our Damaged Baggage form.
This claim must be submitted within 4 hours after the arrival of a domestic flight or 7 days after the arrival of an international flight.
What is Copa Airlines not responsible for in case of disappearance or loss of items?
Copa Airlines is not responsible for the disappearance or loss of the following items: money, jewelry, silverware, negotiable documents securities, personal and business documents, alcohol, books and manuscripts, professional samples, art objects, irreplaceable items such as family souvenirs and antiques, photographs, work equipment, skins, inherited goods, items from a collection, artifacts, precious stones and metals, film equipment of video and audio, computer software and hardware, electronic components, keys, files, publications, architectural plans, paintings and art, audio equipment or any proprietary items of similar value.
